First of all, you need to register and create an account to post an Ad or comment on any Ads.

Therefore click the tab at the top of the page and register as soon as possible. Your password will be sent to your email address, so please be sure to check your junk-mail too.

Once you register, click the ‘Submit Ad’ tab near the top of the page and begin the short process of submitting an Ad or alternatively if you are here to look for a buyer then type the keywords into the search bar.

Submitting an Ad
A step by step guide explaining how to submit an Ad:

• Choose a title – Use a few simple words and make sure it’s easy to understand
• Write a description – Write a short description to explain exactly what you want. It can show a seller how genuine your interest is and speeds up the process of finding the perfect match.
• Keywords, Tags – This is very important as it increases the pool of people that will view your Ad and increase the chance of your Ad being viewed. So please remember to use as many relevant tags as you can.
• Price Setting – This is letting the seller know the maximum you are willing to pay, basically this is your budget. Remember to keep your poker face on!!
• Select Category Type – Select the category you feel best suits the item or product you want. If you feel there isn’t a category to suit your product then please contact us and we can create a category to suit the product you want.
• Address – Please insert your town/city and county so that people have a rough idea of where you are based. Our aim is to increase local trade and by inserting your town/city you are supporting us in achieving this.
• Image and Video – You can insert images and a video to give sellers a more accurate understanding of what it is you want. (Please make sure you have permission to use the images and videos).

By giving as much detail as possible, your Ad becomes easier to find and consequently the more views it will get. And hopefully, this will increase the chances of you finding what you want.

Now all that’s left is for you to press Publish Ad.

Once the Ad is published, whenever someone comments on your Ad or sends you a personal message then an email will be sent to notify you of the activity on the Ad.
So relax and let the sellers come to you!!

Selling an Item/Product
It’s easier than you think. Just follow the instructions:

• Use the Search Bar – Type the name of your item/product here, type any keywords related and then click on the Ad
• Comment on Ad – Get the ball rolling by submitting a comment and making a cheeky bid (which in this case is the amount you are willing to accept to sell your product/service). When you click on an Ad and scroll down, you will see the comments section. Take pictures of the actual product and attach them to the comment to show the authenticity to the Wanter.
• Send Message to Author – A great way to privately exchange details to meet up and also a useful tool to seal a deal swiftly. You will find this section directly below the comments section.

Clear communication is vital in ensuring a deal materialises. Therefore, when commenting and sending personal messages please share as much relevant information as possible to secure a deal. But please don’t share personal information and remember wherever possible to always meet in a public place.

Got your item/Don’t need the Ad anymore
Once the all-important deal has been agreed and you don’t need the Ad then please just follow the instructions below:

• Click on ‘My Account’ – This can be located at the top of any page
• Click on ‘Got It’ – When you scroll down the My Account page you will see the Got It tab under the My Ads section

By updating the Ad status it makes potential sellers aware that you have found the product you wanted and are no longer interested in purchasing the product.

Please be aware that there is no payment system online so under no circumstances give your bank details to anyone online. Always meet up in a public place and exchange money/items in public.
